Can I put anything inside the vehicle?
Yes, you are allowed to place up to 100 pounds of personal items inside your
vehicle. These items should be placed either in the back seat or trunk and should not exceed the
window line.
What happens after I list my shipment?
After listing, multiple car shipping providers will contact the customer via
email with pricing. The customer can review ratings and choose an option. Once a quote is
accepted, a deposit is charged, driver information is provided, and the remaining balance is
paid COD upon delivery via cash, Zelle, Cash App, or cashier’s check
How does payment work?
Once a bid is accepted, the customer is charged an initial deposit.
Afterward, the trucking company contacts the customer, and the remaining balance is paid upon
delivery via Cash App, Zelle, cashier’s check, or cash to the driver directly.
What if my car gets damaged during transport?
Every carrier we use is fully insured, licensed, and bonded. In the unlikely
event of damage, please note it on the bill of lading upon delivery, and you can file a claim
with the carrier’s insurance.
Is my deposit refundable if the car is not shipped?
Yes, if the driver cancels the shipment, we will fully refund your deposit.
How long will it take to ship my car?
Typically, drivers with the Department of Transportation can drive about 10
hours per day, which equals approximately 400 to 500 miles. So, if your destination is 1500
miles away, it will generally take about 3 days to deliver your vehicle.
Can you ship my car if it is not running and operable?
Yes, as long as it rolls, brakes, and steers, and the keys are available, we
can arrange for a carrier with a winch to load it.
Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?
While we recommend having someone present at both pickup and delivery to
inspect the vehicle, if you cannot be there, please let us know where the keys will be. It’s
important to have someone available to ensure everything goes smoothly.
